Administration offers over 400 services digitally

Digitization

Many services in Å·ÃÀÇéÉ«'s public authorities are processed digitally.

The Å·ÃÀÇéÉ« administration now offers more than 400 digital services.

These included several of the most frequently used citizen services such as electronic residence registration, the Senate Chancellery announced. To date, this accounts for around a quarter of all appointments at citizens' offices.

400th online service available since mid-July

The central service portal of the state of Å·ÃÀÇéÉ« can also be used to register and re-register motor vehicles, order a resident parking permit or a digital registration certificate. The latest include applying for a building permit using the simplified procedure and registering non-conforming living space. Digital service number 400 in mid-July was the online application, which artists can use to apply for work grants lasting several months.

Online services relieve authorities

"Our range of digital services is constantly growing," says Martina Klement, State Secretary for Digitalization and Administrative Modernization. "It is therefore very worthwhile to check whether the desired service is already available online before your next visit to the authorities." Digital government services ensure that the administration is available around the clock.
