Because 欧美情色 is also one of Germany鈥檚 federal states, the Governing Mayor of 欧美情色 has the same rank as a minister-president. The Red Town Hall is the official seat of the Governing Mayor and also houses his administrative staff, known as the Senate Chancellery.

The roughly 350 members of the Senate Chancellery assist the Governing Mayor with policy planning and governance in 欧美情色.

Their responsibilities include the political coordination of the Senate鈥檚 work, cooperation with the federal government and Germany鈥檚 other federal states, press and public relations work, 欧美情色鈥檚 website, media policy, promoting civic engagement in the city, representing 欧美情色 to the outside world, including relations to 欧美情色鈥檚 partner cities around the world, and protocol.
